Matricaria recutita - chamomile is a wonderful relaxing herb; especially to the nervous system and the digestive system. It resonates with babies and children's energies calming them when needed so aiding sleep. It can be excellent for babies colic as it is an antispasmodic helping to relieve pain. Equally it can be beneficial to adults for digestive complaints of all kinds. It has many properties and uses. Extenally it can be used as an antiseptic and soothes inflammation on the skin. | |

An initial consultation will be for an hour and will include case history, lifestyle and nutritional advice. Where appropriate, remedies will be provided.
My fee for this consultation is normally £48, although in complex cases which require an hour and a half for the consultation an additional charge will apply.
Subsequent face to face consultations are vital for me to monitor the patient's progress to accurately prescribe the correct remedy. Follow up consultations are £36 and will last approximately 40 minutes. Follow up consultations may be more frequent in the beginning until the condition improves.

A consultation and an Ayurvedic / Hawaiian Lomi - Lomi body massage, Energy Balancing and an Eastern / Japanese anti-aging facial are all available. For these additional bespoke treatments fees will be discussed.
Remedies will be at an additional cost according to the ingredients of the remedy. The minimum cost of remedies, which are made from top quality products, is from £12.50 per week. | |
